Jérôme de Monteil - Chairman and Chief Executive Officer:

A cofounder of Sysload Software SA with more than 17 years’ experience managing software companies, Jérôme de Monteil was appointed Chairman & CEO in 2001.

Prior to joining Sysload, Jérôme de Monteil designed and developed the debt management software product called Loan at Cerg Plus, where he worked from 1986 to 1990.  In 1990 he went on to found Loan System, a company which rapidly became the leader in financial software for the public sector.  Following the merger of Loan System and Cerg Plus in 1995, he was appointed CEO of the newly merged company, which by now had branched out from financial software and developed the Sysload product line, a performance management suite for open systems. In 2000, Loan System sold its financial software division and Sysload Software SA was born.

Mr. de Monteil holds an engineering degree from the Ecole Supérieure d’Informatique, Electronique, Automatique (ESIEA).

Yann Guernion - Chief Technology Officer, Vice President of Business Development:

Yann Guernion has been in charge of Sysload’s operations since 2000.  Previously, he was with Loan System from 1992, where he developed the original Sysload product.  At Loan System, he worked first as a project manager, later as a technical manager, and finally as technical director from 1996 until 2000.

Mr. Guernion holds a PhD degree in Information Technologies, with a specialization in operating systems for massively parallel architectures.

Yves Charles - Chief Executive Officer of Sysload USA, Vice President of Northern European Operations:

Yves Charles has been in charge of Sysload’s US operations since 2007, when the US subsidiary was first opened.  Prior to joining Sysload, Mr. Charles was a high-tech entrepreneur, starting companies in the USA and France .  The first of these was Apogee Communications, founded by Mr. Charles in the early 1990’s.  In 1998 he moved to the United States and founded Quallaby Communications, a provider of network management solutions, which was acquired by Micromuse in 2005.  Thanks to his involvement with Quallaby, Mr. Charles acquired significant expertise in the field of performance management for networks and IT systems.

Pierre Taponot - Vice President of Sales - France & Benelux:

An expert in the UNIX operating system, Pierre Taponot leads Sysload’s sales, presales and customer service teams in addition to managing the development of all Unix-based performance products.  He has been with Sysload since 1996, working in both the development and sales/marketing areas of the company.

Prior to joining Sysload, Mr. Taponot designed weapons navigation software and data processing environments for simulators at O.N.E.R.A.  Later, he was a Systems Technical Manager at Sigle Informatique.

Ted Dinkel - Vice President of Sales & Marketing - North America:

Ted Dinkel has spent his entire career in the IT Industry. Starting at Wang Laboratories in the 1980s, where he rose from Sales Representative to Director Level, he joined R&O, GmbH, in the early 1990s as Vice-President of Sales and was promoted to President, North American Operations. After R&O was acquired by Viasoft, Inc., he was approached by the founder of Wincap , S.A. to launch Wincap’s expansion into the North American Marketplace and was appointed President & CEO of the company until it was acquired by Cryano , S.A. For the next four years, Ted was the President & CEO of Stromberg, Inc., a Labor Management application software vendor, and most recently, spent over three years with ASG, Inc., serving as Regional Vice-President of Sales, Area Vice President of Sales, and Vice-President of Federal Operations. Ted has a B.S. Degree in Management from Bentley College , and an MBA from New Hampshire College (Southern NH University).

David Floc'hlay - Vice President of Product Development:

David Floc’hlay has been responsible for managing all software development at Sysload since 2000.  He came to Sysload from Loan System, where he was responsible for developing the Sysload product’s agents for NetWare, Windows NT, UNIX, and OS/400.  He began his career as a Research Engineer at Loan System in 1994.  Mr. Floc’hlay is a graduate of the Ecole Supérieure d’Informatique, Electronique, Automatique (ESIEA).

Mito Banjac - Vice President of Marketing & Communications:

Mito Banjac is responsible for Sysload’s worldwide marketing and communication activities, including public relations, brand development, web-site development, strategic partnerships, direct marketing and events.  Mr. Banjac joined Sysload in 2000 as an E-technologies engineer.  He has a strong background in graphic design and web development, two areas he worked in prior to joining Sysload.  Mr. Banjac has a Master’s degree in Art Sciences from Paris 1 University – La Sorbonne and an advanced graduate degree in Computing Sciences from the University of Caen .
