Our History
Sysload Software was founded in November, 1999. The company was created as a result of the split of Groupe Loan System into two distinct entities: Loan Solutions, a developer of financial software and Sysload Software, a developer of performance management and monitoring software.
After Sysload was spun off from Loan System in 1999, the parent company was sold to the Abel group in 2000. Since then, Sysload has been an independent entity owned by its management. In 2002, AXA took an equity position in the company.
In the meantime, Sysload has expanded worldwide, opening offices in the

in 2005 and the
USA
in 2007.
